Sarah Doherty is a workforce development leader focused on accelerating equitable clean energy market transformation across New England. She currently supports EPA-funded initiatives that expand heat-pump workforce capacity through strategy, stakeholder engagement, and practical program design. Previously, Sarah served as the heating program lead at the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources and worked with municipal light plants across Massachusetts to build and launch electrification rebate programs.
