Ben began his work at Abode Energy Management as a Decarbonization Specialist, where his background as an educator helped him empower homeowners and contractors to better understand clean energy technologies and the programs that support them. He now serves as Contractor Network Manager, leading efforts to recruit, train, and engage contractors who deliver high-quality decarbonization and energy efficiency projects across programs. Before joining Abode, Ben contributed to sustainable development initiatives and helped oversee international program deployments focused on renewable energy and community resilience. He holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he concentrated on Renewable Energy and Sustainable Construction Technology. Driven by a strong commitment to community impact and decarbonization, Ben works to bridge the gap between policy, technology, and on-the-ground implementation to advance the transition to a clean energy future.
