Charles is the primary responder for inbound calls, connecting customers and contractors with the team they require support from. He triages requests and applies his developing cross-department knowledge to provide the best service possible. Charles graduated from Northeastern University in 2025 with a Master’s of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy. He graduated with his Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern the year prior. As a University student, he applied his deep passion for sustainability in completing co-ops and internships in shoreline conservation, global sustainability, energy efficiency, and renewable energy development. He resides in Boston, after moving from Long Island, NY. His hobbies include reading, playing soccer, basketball, and baseball, watching movies, and SCUBA diving.
