At Abode, Emilyn supports data analysis, recurring and ad hoc reporting, and process improvement initiatives. She collaborates with teams across the organization to define, measure, analyze, and communicate data that enhances Abode’s operations and decision-making. Emilyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a master’s degree in Management from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she developed a strong foundation in environmental stewardship and data-driven solutions. Before joining Abode, she worked as a graduate assistant in the Colleges’ Office of Sustainability, completing sustainability reporting projects such as the annual greenhouse gas inventory and AASHE STARS report. Outside of work, Emilyn enjoys reading, hiking, power yoga, concerts, and spending time with friends.
