Jessica is a Billing Specialist at Abode, where she prepares and issues accurate utility invoices for the Mass Save program. In her role, she reviews billing data, resolves discrepancies, audits contractor invoices for compliance, and contributes to the development of internal billing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Jessica first joined Abode as an intern, supporting billing and data quality control efforts before transitioning into her current full-time position. She holds a degree in Environmental Analysis & Policy and Journalism from Boston University, where she also conducted research on climate resiliency using GIS tools to identify nature-based solutions for urban flood risk mitigation. In her free time, Jessica enjoys crocheting, practicing hot yoga, and reading.
