Mike leads the design and implementation of tools and strategies that improve the performance and quality of Abode’s energy efficiency and decarbonization programs. He bridges deep building science expertise with practical problem-solving to ensure technical quality and consistency across Abode’s work. With more than 20 years in the building performance industry, his experience spans high-performance construction, energy efficiency program operations, and decarbonization program design, including the development of technical protocols and tools for leading statewide decarbonization initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, outdoor adventures with his family, and making his home a test case for new energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies.
