Nick joined Abode as the HEAR Program Specialist in 2025. As HEAR Program Specialist he has been working to create program structure, guidelines, and processes for the new federally funded program. Before joining Abode, he started his career working as an Account Manager and Project Manager in the LED Lighting Retrofit industry. In that position, he worked closely with utility rebate programs nationwide, as well as taking part in the Small Business program locally in Connecticut with Eversource and Avangrid. Nick spends time with his wife and two children, coaching youth sports, and playing golf. He is also an avid animal lover, rescuing three dogs as well as fostering many dogs for a local rescue.
